While we strive to provide the best services and products, at times you may choose to return for unforeseen reasons, please read through our return policy outlined below for your product returns/refunds.
Reporting a Problem with an Order or Returning an Item
As you are aware that DesiconnectShop.com is not directly involved in a transaction between a buyer and a seller. We provide a resolution system in the unlikely event that your orders do not go as expected, you can provide your case details by emailing to email@example.com. You may still communicate directly with the seller to come to an off-platform resolution. Refunds issued by DesiconnectShop will be in your original form of payment, and if such payment is not available, an DesiconnectShop credit will be issued.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact the seller immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that seller can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your product never arrives, please contact shipping provider received in the shipment notification email for any delays. If the product is still not delivered, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference and vendor/seller details.
Returning an Item
Each seller has their own return policies, please reach out to email@example.com for seller return shipping instructions.
In order to uphold our food safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or offer a cash refund for any perishables and food products. (Opened/Unopened).
Only regular priced items are eligible for return. All Sale Items are final and are not eligible for return or refund.
