The products listed on DesiconnectShop are eligible only for shipping within the United States. All orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days from your order date.
Shipping Carriers
Our Sellers use either USPS or FedEx or UPS to deliver your orders. For food items Ground Shipping over a few days may not be the best shipping method. Please consider proper shipping options before placing the order!
Returned Fees
Please make sure the delivery address you provide while placing your order is correct (including Apt # or Suite #). PO Boxes are not supported. In case a package is returned back to seller undelivered due to incorrect address or insufficient address, there is $25.00 for undelivered package or returned item fee.
Shipping Rate
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. For your convenience, the shipping options and shipping rates are provided on checkout page.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order, the Seller will contact you regarding the order immediately. When the item becomes available, the Seller will ship you the whole order.
